Match the model year, trim and original part as well as the vehicle name. Send support a photo of the existing part and connector if any detail differs. Catalog year ranges are references; an open-ended “present” range is not confirmation for every newer model year.

Questions about Ford Mirror Puddle Lights
How do I confirm the right version?
Use the fitment references above, then compare the original part with the selected option photo. Provide your model, year, trim and part photo to support when the connector, shape or mounting position is uncertain.
What is included and which price applies?
Available pack choices are 2PCS — one pair. The displayed option price and SKU update when you change the selection. Check the final quantity and shipping charge in checkout.
Does the projected logo determine vehicle compatibility?
No. Artwork and housing fitment are separate choices. A model name or logo in the projection does not confirm the connector, lamp size or installation position.
What if the item arrives damaged or does not fit?
Keep the packaging, photograph the item and label, and submit a return/refund or exchange request from your member order. Include the selected SKU and a description of the issue. Support will review the request and provide the next steps.
Shipping, returns and warranty support
For an existing order, review its delivery address, selected SKU, quantity and shipping details in My orders. Delivery timing depends on the product and destination; contact support before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Request a return, refund or exchange
- Sign in to your member account and open the relevant order.
- Choose return and refund, refund only, or exchange. Describe the issue and include photos of the item, packaging and selected SKU; for fitment issues, add vehicle details and the original part.
- Follow the support response for the request outcome and any return instructions. Confirm the return address and shipping arrangements before sending an item.
Return shipping costs are paid by PUDDLELIGHTS, the seller. Contact support for the return address and shipping arrangements before sending an item.
Submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund or exchange. Ask support to confirm the applicable return window and product condition requirements before ordering.
Warranty information
Products purchased from PUDDLELIGHTS are covered by a 30-day warranty starting on the date you receive your order. Contact support with your order number and details of the issue to request warranty assistance.
The 30-day period is the warranty period, not a separately stated return window.
For a purchase made through an external marketplace, use that marketplace's order and after-sales process. Independent-site orders are managed through PUDDLELIGHTS.
